The Memories series started off as just a way to utilize all the paint I don't use, scrape off another painting or the paint that comes off the palette knife before dabbing into another color. They have evolved into wonderful stories. I always keep a canvas on hand just for this series.  Thanks for the Memories got its start in late 2023, about 40 paintings ago.  It is so much fun to run the palette knife through multiple colors and see what comes together.  Each little nugget and swirl part of different paintings and stories creates its own novel of mystery.
